Our bulls are selected carefully to transmit structural correctness and marketability into our calves. Black or white, our bulls give you excellent options to produce breeding and market cattle. As a business minded operation, we have always believed that each calf born needs to have premium marketing option and so we don't breed for just good steers — we breed for good, all purpose cattle. | ||
BAK Pioneer 0113X Registered 50% Maine Anjou Registration Number: 415811 Date of Birth: April 7, 2011 Semen: Available through Bovine Elite
Every progressive club calf breeder knows the tremendous value of Irish Whiskey genetics, but realizes that mating combinations are limited because he is a known PHA carrier. Pioneer is PHA and TH Free, but has the super muscle, hair and bone, typically only found in carrier cattle. Pioneer has “power in the blood” from both Irish Whiskey and BPJV Hotline (sire of TJSC Hot Commodity).
We recommend using pioneer on Heat Wave and Charolais-type females to add depth of body, structural correctness and muscle. Because Pioneer has no Chi-influence, we believe that he will maintain breed character when bred to Brahman-influenced cows. Lots of bulls today are heavy muscled, big boned, but many of those bulls are coarse jointed and unsound. With Pioneer you get a bull that is heavy muscled, big bodied and huge boned while being soft pasterned and taking an easy stride. Finally, the forgotten trait of fertility is found in Pioneer. As a yearling, he charted a 40 cm scrotal and has been freezing extremely high-quality semen. Semen is housed at Elgin Breeding Service and available through Abrameit Livestock and Bovine Elite. Get rid of the problems. Get rid of the hangover. |

ACR EASY WIND 6064 "Albert" Registered Charolais Registration Number: M733943 Date of Birth: April 1, 2006
Albert is our senior Charolais herd sire that has the legendary Wyoming Wind all over his pedigree. Albert is unique among registered Charolais bulls because of his ability to stamp the "look" on his calves. Albert's calves come out small and then simply explode on feed, while continuing to maintain a choke neck and impeccable feet and legs.
